About the event
To register for this experience, you must have completed your AST 1 course within the last 3 years. If you haven't yet taken the course, you can do this with us beforehand.
Avalanche safety gear (beacon + shovel + probe) is mandatory for students. If you don't have your own gear you can rent from us!
Participants are expected to have their own backcountry skis + skins, and be in reasonably good shape.
Must be a strong skier on blue or black runs (black preferred).
This is a beginner-to-lower intermediate backcountry experience on gentle and moderate terrain.
